Many of our clients choose ongoing service because they love the consistency, but the choice is always yours.

    If you have any specific products that you would like us to use, please let us know in advance.

    However, if you do have pets, we ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner. This is because we have other clients who are allergic.

  • No, I don’t. Between running a business and cleaning houses, our schedule is pretty chalk full.

  • Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee.

  • Your card gets charged after the cleaning appointment is completed.
